I just wanted to put on record for all other Warriors to see that I believe you to be a designer like no other that I have come across.

I've dealt with print graphic designers (mainly bricks and mortar companies) who were professional but whose charges were over-inflated for the most simple of designs. I have also had experience of working with web graphic designers who were so disorganised, discourteous and unprofessional and held one to ransom with delays and additional and unwarranted charges that one experience with most of them was one too many!

It has been an absolute delight to come across someone of your calibre. You have demonstrated such professionalism, courtesy and patience and have been willing to perservere to the extent that you have with my commission that I would be more than willing to place further orders with you in the future.

Listen up, WF members. Anyone who needs graphic designs and also print designs for physical book covers for CreateSpace (particularly for the 6" x 9" CS template), then you'd have to go a long way to meet a better designer and one who knows the meaning of good customer service and customer relations.

Repeat business is guaranteed, Padro, when someone conducts their business as you do.

From a friend I was recommended to check out Padro’s services on the Warrior forum. I was very impressed with the samples Padro had on his profile. After the first initial contact I sent an email with a description of the projects, and soon after I got a response from Padro. Quickly we negotiated a price where I got some bonus material on top - for free!

Throughout, I was in close contact with Padro, and after the first draft, the covers was adjusted for the final result.
